Refund & returns policy

This policy applies to research compounds sold by Atlas Global Supplies Ltd via auxorpeptides.com.

Nature of products

Our products are sealed chemical compounds intended exclusively for laboratory research use only and may be perishable. For safety, hygiene and scientific-integrity reasons, a product whose packaging or seal has been opened cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Right of withdrawal

In line with applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, nor to goods that may deteriorate quickly. For unopened products, any request must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Damaged products or order errors

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, or in case of our error, contact us within 7 days of receipt at contact@auxorpeptides.com with your order number and photos where relevant. After verification we will arrange replacement or refund.

Lost parcel

If a parcel is not delivered, contact us so we can open an investigation with the carrier. A solution (reshipment or refund) will be offered once the investigation concludes.

Refund terms

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after acceptance. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except in case of our error.
